Mt. Vernon.Net, Inc. was formed by John Scrivner and Dan Hamilton to bring quality Internet services to southern Illinois. Mt. Vernon.Net, Inc. (MVN) began operations in May 1997. MVN currently provides Internet service to thousands of business and residential clients. In addition to standard dialup Internet service MVN provides domain hosting, domain registrar service, corporate email hosting, leased line service, virtual private networking (VPN), web site design, LAN/WAN networking, and Wireless Internet service.
